Threadhopping: Sure, as long as it's not anything locked or anything. Read the atmosphere otherwise, I guess?
Fourthwalling: Yes. He's from such an obscure story though so who'd know of him in the first place.
Offensive subjects: Not anything that I can think of.

Hugging this character: It'd be awkward as hell and some might get punched depending on if he likes someone or not, or if he knows them at all. Or he might get flustered and confused.
Kissing this character: Same as above.
Flirting with this character: He's a bit oblivious. But go ahead.
Fighting with this character: Sure, but he's not the most capable beyond guns and fists.
Injuring this character: No limit. He'll just get back up because he heals.
Killing this character: Go ahead. Just expect him to be alive again in a minute or so though.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yeah, no need to ask for surface things. Please ask for deeper digging, though.
Abilities/Warnings: He's an angel, but since he's a new one, he doesn't know about everything an angel can do. But, what he knows of is the following; Immortal, fast healing (a gunshot heals after half a day, for example), extraordinary agility, strength, and speed. He can be seen by humans. On the other hand, angles can't handle tobacco, and they're forbidden from eating meat. If they want to, they can disintegrate things or make them break just by touching them, but Yousuke needs to practice a lot on that one before he knows how to do it. He's a good marksman but not excellent. He's also a fairly good hand-to-hand combatant. Zerachiel has not denied that angels can have wings (they have halos, but they're hidden a lot of the time) so he might actually have wings as well.
